A satellite Trades Centre in Moosonee, linked to the Centre of Excellence for Trades and Technology at the Timmins Campus, provides high-skills training in technology, trades and apprenticeship programs to James Bay coastal communities.

The town of Moosonee is a vibrant, tightly-knit community located 19 kilometres south of James Bay on the Moose River. While its population of just over 1,725 may seem small, the town’s size is actually one of its biggest advantages.

The Centre of Excellence for Trades and Technology at the Timmins Campus opened September 2010 and offers cutting-edge programming in trades and engineering technology.
